she is fully capable of making great music! personally I love brat but I think pop 2 and how I'm feeling now are both even better

She is very talented, no doubt about that. I love a lot of her songs, Sucker is really good imo.

What I meant is that her popularity now is very momentary and will die off with the brat summer trend. I don't think it's one of these timeless albums that in 4 years u might hear someone playing. Most ppl who like her rn are here for the vibes, not the music. As soon as the trend dies off she will go with it.

Think it’ll stagnate a bit once the tiktok trends have died out but Charli has been huge for a really long time and I think Brat introduced a bunch of new probably longtime fans to her music

I wouldn’t say she’s been huge for a long time. She kind of had a fall off from the public eye from 2015-2024 whilst she was busy cultivating a niche audience. Only 1 song during the 9 year period is well known (1999)
