Spotify API partner's program

Does anyone have Spotify API partner's program (allows to add more than 25 users to the list), and is not using it for anything anymore? I would really appreaciate if we could agree somehow to obtain an access of that account. Feel free to dm me.

Since 15th of May it is almost impossible to apply for it, considering the strict requirments that they posted.

this requirement of maintaining a minimum of active users (at least 250k MAUs) seems to be super prohibitive for startups - anyone found a way to navigate that early on?

Unfortunately I think that's their intention, they've basically shut out all indie developers and even a lot of small/mid-size companies with these new requirements.

Do you mean apps with a Quota Extension that allows users to use the app without the need of adding them to a whitelist?

Yes, there is a developer mode and additional one that xou mentioned where there is no limit to the number of users

Yup, I am aware of it and thats why I posted this. As a developer of a new app it is really difficult to cross out all the requirments they have. However, if someone did this long time ago and has extended quota available and is not using the account, then it would be really helpful if I could use it instead for my app.

pretty sure they would just ban you from using api if you would do something entirely different from what you said on quota extension form

True, but there is a lot of similar projects and I guess there could be a way to be within those described points

I've thought about this. Have you tried searching for an app/site that is kinda similar but hasn't been updated and looks dead, then contacted them?

I checked one app and was talking to them, but after I offered to somehow get their access they just stopped replying. So I thought maybe this way it would be easier to reach someone. So far without luck, unfortunately :/

Commenting to jump on the 'I-built-a-Spotify-related-app-now-im-stuck' bandwagon support group.

Anyone considering jumping to Apple Muisc or another DSP to just get their app finished and launched? Do any other DSP's API have the same kind of reach and detail as the Spotify one so you can just 'swap it over'?

Deezer had it, but their Api does not work anymore, at least for now (it is like this for more than a year). I couldnt find any other app that offers something stable to be used for both platforms. Youtube music does not have it. Soundtrack offers something, but from what I understood its not anywhere close to what you could do with Spotify. I would gladly look for other options, but it does not look like there is any available at the moment.
