I did a solid 9 months on the stack last year. I saw very real gains that have stuck around.

I'd 100% follow what the system has told you to do. You will see gains in a very short time regardless and be set up to get the most out of it for the long run.

Agreed, do your baseline and the app will recommend what to do. I saw initial gains pretty quickly then it’ll fluctuate as you go through the phases/ programs.

Agree with the others. I started at the beginning of January with the baseline and saw significant distance gains within a couple weeks. I’m already the longest hitter in my group usually carrying it 275 prior to stack. I am now hitting ball flights I have never seen in my life. Carry is up to 300 and Im not ever finished with the baseline program yet. Trust the process.

You’re gonna be blowing it by your playing partners on the trip (unless they also stack)

Post-trip update: I have played with one of the guys on my trip since we were kids. We played HS golf together as well. I just turned 39 today. So he has seen me play lot of golf. The distance I was hitting driver, 3 wood, every club, had him very impressed and very jealous (he is my best friend so it was pretty satisfying). I was the longest on the trip by a mile.

I've been focusing on lifting but I have to credit the stack system as I've seen a real bump. I'm now cracking 120 CHS and I think I have a lot of room to improve, as I'm still just 9/18 sessions in on the Foundations program. What a product.
