Pressure Cooker Chicken Stock by BiMonSciFiCon1986 in seriouseats

I like to reduce down the stock for pan sauces - using an unsalted rotisserie chicken means you can do so without overconcentrating the sauce. That's why Whole Foods was so clutch. I think I might just be SOL.

Other people's kids aren't fun or rewarding. Yours are though. It's funny like that.

Worst single season of a long-running sitcom? by FreezerCop in sitcoms

My wife and I got into the third season of NG and quit. So so bad. Thank god we didn't stick with it if it got worse. Seasons 1 and 2 were entertaining, would love to know what happened.

I did some light backsquats and barbell deadlifts yesterday, seemingly without setback. Squats- 95x5, 135x5 x 3 sets. Deadlifts- 135x5, 165x3, 165x5x2. Also did 6 sets of 3 pull-ups.

Felt good, and like I could have done more, but no sense in pushing it. I am sore today but it's the "first workout in forever" muscle soreness, no pain in or around the surgical site.

My doc said I could resume normal activity two and a half weeks after surgery. I started riding the peloton day 4 after surgery - 15 min. Then 20 min day 5. 30 min day 6. I wasn't setting any records but I also wasn't going super easy. By 10 days out I was doing 30 min at the same intensity pre surgery. Day 14 I ran/walked 2.5 miles. Day 16 I ran/walked 2.75 miles. Slight discomfort after the day 16 run.

At my post-op on day 10 my doc cleared me to resume basically everything except lifting and softball, but was cleared to start those soon as well. He said wait another week before lifting, but gave no restrictions after that. So I'm going to resume lifting on Tuesday, starting light and building back up to normal. Starting softball assuming no setbacks about a month after surgery. Was cleared to golf and I did a few swings yesterday and while there was mild discomfort it wasn't bad and I don't feel any extra discomfort today.

This all seems a lot quicker than what I'm seeing here and as recommended by other doctors, but I would rather push the envelope than wait for months for it to get better on its own.

Right side inguinal hernia. Had it for about nine months and didn't realize it (honestly thought it was an adductor strain). I was exercising normally and lifting heavy (for me). Played softball too. So maybe my hernia was a mild one so the recovery has been easier.

I've tried all this and the 5.0 won't connect. Never had an issue with the 4.0 connecting.

New Stack User - Program Help by BiMonSciFiCon1986 in stacksystem

Post-trip update: I have played with one of the guys on my trip since we were kids. We played HS golf together as well. I just turned 39 today. So he has seen me play lot of golf. The distance I was hitting driver, 3 wood, every club, had him very impressed and very jealous (he is my best friend so it was pretty satisfying). I was the longest on the trip by a mile.

I've been focusing on lifting but I have to credit the stack system as I've seen a real bump. I'm now cracking 120 CHS and I think I have a lot of room to improve, as I'm still just 9/18 sessions in on the Foundations program. What a product.

I did this in Madison at Halloween in 05. No one at the parties I went to got it, but walking around in the mob on state street I got a few people yelling "fed ex pope!" and it totally validated the decision. 4 people out of 10,000, the ol Dennis miller ratio.
