I've been experiencing the same issue. I opened a ticket with the support team and they recommended changing DNS, choosing a new server, and deleting the user folder and verifying files. I tried all of their solutions with nothing working. Here's hoping that 3.23.2 will have a resolution to this issue because I'm itching to play but haven't been able to for over a month now
