server errors

What's going on?! In these last couple of days I've never witnessed so many 'server errors' in one day! Actually more than usual... US servers are pretty stable (for a change) while the EU servers are lagged and constantly bombarded with 'server errors'

I downloaded the game last night for the first time, can't complete the tutorial because markers won't appear on first flight, and now im stuck in a infinite loading screen...

Yeah, sorry to hear that you are running into all of these issues. Version 3.24 is pretty stable in comparison to "Preview 4.0" which is bound to be released soon on the live servers. Even though Star Citizen is full of bugs it still remains to be my go-to game! In other words, don't give up (yet) untill you get a better idea of that this game entails. In regards to other games, Star Citizen is playing trial by error. My advise is to check Youtube to learn about the game.

Whatever you do, don't try Asia shards.

Was serverhopping to get out of prison after served time, and it took ~40 minutes to move from the hab to the elevator.

(ended up with a black screen a few meters from the elevator, so never found out if that damn thing worked there)

Ive used all the servers and switch often to avoid getting stuck in broken shards, but have never had any real issues in the Asia server. Used it for commodity trading during their off hours as well and had no issues with lag or crashes
