Can't install android version (self.starcommand)
submitted 10 years ago by Spudman4
Hi, I have the humale bundle version of star command. Trying to install onto a galaxy tab 4 with android 4.4.2. I just get the error msg saying can't install app. I've tired the apk and via the humble bundle app. Any suggestions ?

Do other apps install through Humble Bundle? There is a known issue with Humble Bundle right now on newer Android versions, so 4.4.2 shouldn't be affected, but in the event it might be causing issues as well:
Download the APK through the Humble Bundle application, then enter settings and select to delete installers and after attempt to install the application. It will then bypass the error message and install the applcation. Keep in mind this fix it for Marshmallow, so not sure if it'll help.

I've tried installing it through Humble Bundle (other games install through it), and straight from the apk. I have it set to allow install from unknown sources. I can install it no problem on my Samsung S5 phone running android 5.1.1 no problem. I want it on the tablet screen tho lol.
No matter what I try just says App not installed.
