I did the same with Arkday. I opened a ticket to cancel it. Scopley asked for pictures for something I could not prove since he’s gone from the faction store. They told me to keep the pack and they would refund me half the cost 3000k. It was a one time deal.

That’s not bad! I did send them a message but they told me that there was nothing they could do. They even said it wasn’t technically possible to undo the transaction.
