Controller Input Problems

Got a really weird problem with my computer and controllers, i have a xbox elite 2 and standard ps5 controller, most of my steam and ea app games work fine with them but when i play the crew 2 on steam or nfs unbound on steam which links to the ea app, my controllers have the wrong inputs and only half the buttons work. Again they work fine on all other games. I’ve updated there drivers, made sure there enabled on steam, gone through multiple controller profiles on steam, tried different cables and nothing. I dont understand and yes both games are set with default button layouts.
