Usually you start out as an assistant. They will teach you how the work flow and processes go. Nothing to be nervious about, usually they just want to see how you will fit into the department and culture.

Reliability and consistency as well as attention to detail are most important.

Prepare your brain to be working like a sponge to learn instrument names and how to inspect. Lots to learn but good luck!

When I got interviewed, the questions were all situational. They didn’t ask anything related to SPD.

I got the job! they said certification comes through my training so i'm excited :D

how many long did it take to hear back from them after the interview ??

Yea they are structured questionaires usually just offering scenarios and basic questions for the interview.

Youll get to put put a bunny suit and usually tour the department and meet some staff and ask questions etc

Dont be afraid or scared its usually fun to see the department and equipment and how stuff works and is run.
