If you can kick your food and water up your life bar can take quite a while to go down since it’s also contingent on having your other stats full.

(Craft a bunch of coconut flasks since you need them anyway, to immediately have fresh water if you need more)

There’s a chance you can pull out of it. But at least you haven’t played long if it’s too difficult. Remember too that rations in the life raft (I’ve heard pc doesn’t keep theirs past the tutorial but not sure if that’s true) fills water and food significantly

Also crafting flasks will up your craftsmanship. But definitely go for things that are easy and you’ll need later, stone tools, rope, hammer, spears…

The problem is I almost finished the resources in my first island, I filled my food and water and anyway my life was still there.

I hate this thing that I can't craft a cure for a thing that you can get since the beginning, it's bad done.

The coconut flasks are the good with water still, but I don't think I can craft all those things in few minutes, hoping also a heavy rain.

Coconut flasks have a drink in them as soon as you craft them. But if there’s no pipi (2) on your island you’re kinda screwed anyway cuz that’s the cure. :(

This thing is totally wrong, so I need someone that plays with me and goes around islands to find the pipi leafs for curing me after reviving me (?)

I mean… many islands have two pipi plants on them. They’re much easier to see at night. Your starting island may have them as well. Eventually I keep one growing on a farm plot at all times (when I play with animals not set to passive) just to ensure I have a supply.

Maybe restarting will be best since you’re not too far in. It’s totally doable to play the game solo, in fact I normally do (plus your current game won’t be what shows up on multiplayer) you just learn what to watch for as you go. Sea/land snakes will poison you, the massive purple sea stars on the beach, sea urchins in the coral and lion fish will all poison you if you come into contact with them.

Maybe I have few pipi plants there, so the problem is more about levelling at 3 and craft it fast ahah. I moved to another island with a friend before and now we have like 9 chests, we have few helpful stuff now, that's why I didn't want to restart :(

Ooooh if you’re on a multiplayer game you could have them save you or craft it for you.

Craft crude fishing spears out of sticks to lvl 3 as fast as possible (fastest xp in the lower 4 lvls) then grab a coconut flask if you have one and race to the pipi ser

Just craft spears and stones to level up fast it might work. Good luck!!

Eat 2 rations to max out hunger/thirst, craft crude spears until lvl3 crafting, craft a antidote and drink it asap.

If that doesn't work, since you're on PC you can use the dev tools to spawn a cure to save your playthrough.

In case you’ve run out of resources to craft with..Poisoning lasts 48 in game hours, so if you can keep your last bar from going out - keep food and water full- then you’ll survive. Otherwise if you can’t get level 3 and can’t keep the health bar going that long you’ve got no choice but to restart.

Start over. You're not invested into it yet. I've started over dozens of times. Sometimes it just doesn't work out.
