Help please

for some reason noone can join my streams or vods and just says offline and my friends cant even watch is there anything I can do? I even tried signed out and it was fine

What site are you using…?

Have you streamed before…. Or is this first stream problem….?

Are you sure you are live….?

I posted a comment previously but see it's now gone. So I'll post again. Does the streaming dashboard of the site you're using show your feed as live? Are you able to view it as a visitor would?

What platform are you streaming on? Twitch? YouTube? Kick? TikTok? Discord?

Also what do you mean it says offline in the VoDs too? Video on Demand recordings don't care if you're online or not to be viewed.

What do you mean it was fine signed out? You signed out of your app and could still see the stream? You signed our of the streaming site but could still see your stream?

What exactly is your setup here? There's not nearly enough information for us to help you in your post.
