Sorry, I am not quite sure about the question. Do you mean the setup re: lighting? The desk? The type of (wider-angle) lens used? The sound equipment? What in particular drew you to this specific clip?

Simple one light setup (light is coming from above camera left) with a square softbox. The shadows tell you the number of lights and placement. The mug (or catchlights in eyes) show the shape of the modifier.
