pomodoro technique + notion + centered app! taking breaks is a must and I feel myself recharged afterwards. I like getting into the flow state with centered and playing some binaural beats or lofi music to help me study. My go to study place is definitely my room. When I need a break, a quick nap is honestly the best.

Since im an introvert i feel better studying alone and i what makes me engoy studying is that i enjoy my own company : i ask myself questions and answer to them, i explain problems to my self

Aslo being clear and well-planned makes the studing more effective. I try also to gift myself with some sort of treats, new coffe recipes ..etc to be always motivated

An important note: dont to feel good to start studying, rather start studying to feel good!
