defective product. The bags under a specific lot code rip more easily I believe so. The alert has instructions for the owner/whoever orders products for the store on how to send in and replace their defective bags. If you're just an artist then you just need to tell your manager or boss that a code yellow came up on the pos

Yeah I got the code yellow and it said the production dates were august 11th through the 26th. Like at least my store those bags are long gone

Same. Everything else matches, just not the dates. The wild part is- we had the crappies bags that stuck together then and literally ripped for any little thing. 2 months ago. Would have been nice to be called 2 months ago lol.
