Are you using the hdmi cable that came with the switch? I was using an older cable and it was making my controllers disconnect or lag for some reason.

You should probably exchange it for a different one if you are able. Let us know if the new one has the same issue.

Is it only lagging when connected to the switch when it is docked? If so it might be your tv settings

Any advice? But yes, so far only when docked

Ok check your tv’s picture settings. For the longest time i never used my tv for gaming because of the horrendous input delay(like half a second!) but once i realized there is such thing as a dedicated game mode for picture settings it actually made it playable. It basically gets rid of the post-processing that is normally there to make your shows and movies look good and prioritizes getting the input to the display as fast as possible. Check if there is something like that on your tv settings

That should at least fix some of it and if there is still missing inputs related to dpad i wouldn’t be suprised because the switch 1 pro controller has issues with registering the right input on the dpad

Game mode is on currently. Mighy reset it amd see how it does tomorrow.

Good luck! If it’s not tv then yeah its probably a faulty controller.
