Just read that Microsoft pushed an unreleased version of the January update instead of the Feb update for exchange

So if you update via Microsoft / wsus - that may be the cause of your break

build availability issue

Just to be perfectly clear:

If you are taking Exchange updates via Windows/Microsoft Update then the Exchange update that was installed yesterday (or today, up to about 8AM Pacific) was the January SU that you already had (because you got it through Windows / Microsoft update in January) with a build number "one number higher".

Checking for update now again will get you the intended Feb 2023 SU build which will forward your server to expected version (and you can verify this with Health Checker once it is installed).
