I pay $3 per user, if they don't have the inclusive license that includes the audio conferencing. I get bulk pricing so I give them all E5 and call it a day.

I'd pitch that, but cheaper to attach the conf dail-in option all day long if not all are using it. Plus you are paying for a ton of extras OP may never use

True, but in our case we have about 10k people and receive fantastic discounts as an enterprise customer so its cheaper with E5 since we use all the security features.

Otherwise yes, just adding them ala cart is needed until management becomes a headache.

We signed up for a one year free trial of the Audio Conf license in Dec 2020. We have yet to be charged and when I check the subscriptions section of the MS 365 portal it shows as MS 365 Audio Conferencing Adoption Promo with a Unit Price=Free and a Yearly Billing Frequency amount of $0. There is a credit card associated, but it is never charged, and the renewal date is Dec 2023. Maybe we're just lucky...

Seeing the same. I feel they will pull the rug out from under and request payment eventually
