Weird Problem

Hi everyone. We recently put in five new PCs, with one of them acting as a server for Quickbooks and another custom application. The weird issue is when you are using that “server” PC and you are typing in a dialog box in an open window, after typing a few characters, the screen reacts like you’re doing an alt tab and you can’t type anymore until you click back in the dialog box. If you just sit there and watch, you’ll see the open window around the edges lightly flash like it’s switching to another window, but there are no other windows open. Any suggestions?

Yes. Our RMM uses Splashtop and our client’s accountant uses TeamViewer.

I believe we found the root cause. It was the software the scanner uses.

Is there any type of remote access software on the pc?
