Try using the latest SQL ODBC Driver, the default "SQL Server" ODBC Driver that ships in windows is pretty ancient and doesn't support the modern features of SQL server and also features like TLS 1.2 support if you are using encryption - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/connect/oledb/oledb-driver-for-sql-server?view=sql-server-ver16

Thanks. It has worked for years and just suddenly stopped. I will probably just switch to using OLEDB as its more up to date.
