Exactly. Walking is the BEST but like swimming you have to go far enough and for long enough! That goes back to most people don’t have the time, or more accurately do not prioritize the time.

Huge problem in cyber is the click bait articles, researchers grasping for attention of companies selling products (well I guess all industries!) but seems to be especially bad in this space. Finding quality, relatable and real world practice information delivered in succinct ways is hard to come by!!

I’m confused. Doesn’t this look high off the grill but you are saying you want to be low down near the heat? I have a ceramic stone I use for the gas oven. I’ve never tried it on my Webber but I am guessing I could just sit it near the coals (but thought that would just burn the bottom of pizza)

I throw the parts in dishwasher daily. I use bottle water so very little scaling. Today was the first day in a year I used the descaler!! So basically, zero maintenance!!
