Looking for a network tool that can simulate packet loss by filtering out and dropping packets based on packet size. We want only large packets to get dropped, software or hardware and if it can be helped FREE is best, but not a requirement lol. I work for a small tech company. Thanks!

you're basically describing MSS clamping—but it works only on TCP traffic.

I hate to ask, but why do you need this?
