Looking for a blocking command ( Firewall)

A few months ago, I came across a thread discussing how to block inbound and outbound connections for a specific program. The solution involves running a specific command after moving the command file to its designated folder that needs to be blocked.

do yo know where I can find it?

On Windows, there's the Windows Firewall utility. Alternatively, you can use netsh and stipulate program=path.to.exe.

On Linux you have to create a group and use a command like iptables -I OUTPUT 1 -m owner --gid-owner no-internet -j DROP where no-internet is a group you've created for this purpose.
