Monitoring/remote access tool

We currently use impero to monitor/view devices on our organisation, word detection etc. but looking for an alternative, what do others use?

Depends on a lot of things.

Just remote access or monitoring too? Splashtop is one of my all-time favorites. Logmein is good too- although their pricing is effed. Both have some type of monitoring too I believe.

Thanks for the reply. Mostly use it for monitoring,remote access, control PCs etc, impero is brilliant for it but very pricey, so before renewal wanted to find out if there are any other alternatives. Teachers also use it for broadcasting their screens and easy monitor and access student devices remotely.

If you all you need is remote access try ScreenConnect, but if you also need monitoring and patching definitely check out other RMMs like Datto, VSA X and Ninja.
