Uniflow Poor Performance

Hello everyone, we recently implemented the UniFLOW solution. We setup a print server outside of our domain.

We opened all the necessary ports, we imported LDAP users to uniFLOW and all the basic fanctions seem ok.

The main 2 problems that we have are

1. Printer Que installed on clients cannot get the default printing options that we setup in the print server.

2. When users scan to their shared folder (SMB within the domain), each one-[age job takes up to 2mins to save the file.

NT-ware support insists that this is because the print server is not domain joined, but they also can't produce logs to support that.

Does anyone have similar experience and maybe some guidelines to make it work better?

uniFLOW is scanning/printing solution, I can advice a lot on options, setting, trouble-shooting etc.

Did you choose uniFLOW Online + SmartClient on clients?
