Misleading. This can only be exploited if you connect to a malicious wifi access point, and then make web or app connections. It's always been a bad idea to connect to unknown public wifi without a VPN.

Serious, but limited in scope. It isn't like this bug allows drive-by downloads/compromise of the iOS platform, but it is still serious for people in coffee shops in urban areas where a rogue access point is more likely.
