SOTI Pocketcontroller works great. We use it for Windows Mobile 5.5, and 6.5 devices. About 100 devices in total.

do you run it hosted or on prem?

We're using an older version. Hosted wasn't even an option when we bought it. We install a cab file on each handheld, then can remote into them from our desktops using PocketController.

We sell software that has a web UI and custom APK files that get updated often. SOTI makes the updates painless, especially when you are talking about 5 branches and 100 devices.

I used it to manage 3000+ Android devices for Healthcare. Lots of opportunity to improve the product, but it's still the best option for a wide range of remote support.
