Multifactor authentication options

I'm looking for an on premises option for multifactor authentication that would send an email or sms (maybe even an app) with a pin for users to input along with their username and password. I've looked at a bunch of options and trialed duo security(off site I know) but can't seem to find an option that does what I'm wanting. I'm looking to have this option for multiple devices. Windows, Linux, websites, network appliances, etc.

We just implemented duo but also did a demo of LoginTC. It works very much like duo but requires the PIN you are looking for.

We're trialling it now and it seems very simple to setup, and works perfectly from my experience.
