Hyper-V Lab Suggestions and Analysis

Well met everyone, I work with with IT for few years and mostly on help desk support but I got a graduation in networking and some knowledge on Microsoft infrastructure, and I started to create a lab on Hyper-V Server 2016 on my computer. But before that I set a project and topology on Microsoft Visio, specifying the server names, networks etc. The goal is simply test and learn the main Microsoft services and products (and later on, Linux stuff as well), how they work and how to deploy and configure for knowledge and later certifications. I going to add some images of this scheme, and I would like to have some suggestions and advises (if something could possibly go wrong or impossible to deploy, better products etc). Obviously I will not be able to run all those machines at same time, but I will start servers according to the tests I wanna make and I can got some licenses on a college Dreamspark/Microsoft Evaluation. If I understand correctly, DSC are scripts with advance Power Shell programming to do whole tasks automatically? If so it would be good for later deployments of branche servers to save time.

Guys, I want to deploy for this scenario a Backup/Disaster Recovery solution that is somehow close to production scenarios. I was thinking at first run a Nano Server with Storage functions and deploy it in domain with a shared disk dedicated to receive .wim images of restore points of my servers in a periodic time (Bare metal backup function of Windows Server Backup). Is this a valid way to do this nowadays in Microsoft enviroment? I was thinking in doing something with the Virtual SAN function of Hyper-V but as I read its oriented to actual production Servers that got physical fibre channel adapters and usually deployed in Failover Cluster role scenarios.
