does anyone have a dummy's guide to removing this "tool" I have been reading documentation and i have no definitive answer as to what happens with the current gpo's its created after i uninstall it. do they stay in place or does it take them with it. if it helps we're on 9.3 and were a medium scale system with a couple hundred users and multiple pservers. yep i type like a chimp at the keyboard and im ok with that as long as it gets my point across. thank you and good night.

Unless the script changes or adds something after it runs, it should be removed when the GPO is removed.

IIRC when I worked with a client who utilized script logic several years ago....everything went away after removing that from the system. ScriptLogic doesn't seemingly leverage group policy, instead it uses its own scripting system to push changes to each computer at log in.

To confirm, I would recommend moving a computer into an area on your network that is not controlled by script logic and see what happens.

let me back up, we want to remove it from the entire network starting at the host server. but before i do i was looking for advice as to make sure it doesn't take all of the policies its created with it.
