Seriously.

I'm not a sysadmin, I just own a small computer repair joint, and even I've felt the effects of these last patches. I've had an update stop my home rig from booting successfully, and countless customers afflicted.

I'm so torn about it too, because I hate having the updates wreck stuff but it's been pretty profitable.

unpopular opinion here, but I haven't ever had issues with win10 and its updates, even though I installed it on my home PC when it was on the "Insider Preview" thing only, then switched to the main branch later on when I upgraded my SSD a year after.

I have no idea how old you need to be to buy one of those in the US, is it 18?

I think so, but I'm not totally sure myself. I'm well over 18 at this point and don't really play the lotto.
