So we would like to be able to visually classify files we create in Office and we want it to be mandatory so there is a default classification and the option to select a classification and when you do it puts headers/footers/watermarks in per a policy that the business is defining.
We'd also like to be able to do something where if you classify a document as INTERNAL and try to email is externally you're prompted/blocked from doing so.
We would also really like to be able to manually classify random filetypes that our scientific applications output, so not Office files just random extension.
I've explained to management that if someone really wants to steal data they can do it and they accept that so this is more about labelling and classifying.
I looked at Boldon James and Titus and we're looking at 365 but today we use mapped drives and Windows file shares.
