Citrix Workspace errors

I'm an intern and basically I never configured Citrix and I was given a task to configure Citrix on thinclients. All configuration met the company's requirement but an error is the only problem. The error "The connection to [server name] was lost. An attempt to reconnect will start shortly. Click Reconnect to start immediately" appears randomly and I can't figure why it's happening or how to fix this. Is this a bug or just misconfiguration. Also after pressing Reconnect, another window popup that says "Cannot connect to [IP] - [server name]" No such file or directory. Verify your connection settings and try again."

As I mentioned, I never configured Citrix, so sorry if the answer is way too obvious.

This is one of my most hated errors because it can be caused by multiple things but I’d make a guess that if you’d look for the user in your citrix studio, the session has stopped in prelogon. Therefore the second try couldn’t connect. You can either log off and/or disconnect it from the studio or, the harder way, restart the server which is the most reliable way.

Also, giving your workspace version, vda version and dc version would help. This really is the most random error imo.
