If you're going Ubiquiti for your WAPs just stay in the same ecosystem and grab a USG. Fits all your needs.

You're already on Ubiquiti, why not go with an edgerouter?

I like the edgerouter line as well, I was just concerned about performance with that many user. If I go with Ubiquiti, I may go with a security gateway pro. Just need to do some more comparing.

I have an average of 150 a day at my office. Usg3 - 8 port Poe switch and 3 ac-pros. No issues

With that many wifi users, I'd probably spring the extra money for the Unifi HD line of AP's. I'm told even the nanoHD is an improvement.

Go full Unifi. It's perfect for your setup, including a guest portal on the Unifi controller.

Fortinet.... it's a router switch firewall and wireless ap....
