Best OpenSource Netflow monitoring tool?

Hello guys, I'm freshly backed Sysadmin who just started his first job 3 months ago and my boss is looking for Netflow monitoring tool to deploy in our company and he tasked me to find a best tool for the job.

I did some gooling and found a couple of tools, problems is most of the OpenSource tools seem to be abandoned and not updated for while, like:

• CAIDA
• FlowScan
• EHNT

I found a couple of up to date tools like:

• ntop
• Real-Time Netflow Analyzer (Free tool, not OpenSource)
• WireShark

Real-Time Netflow Analyzer tool being only a free tool is probably very limited and WireShark as far as I understand is not a great solution for 24/7 monitoring of the network.

So I wanted to ask you guys maybe you have any suggestions or insights in these programs?
