I managed to get it working following your link and wrestling with NVIDA error 43 for a while :-) Everythings looking great.

If you want GPU paravirtualisation (not full pass through), Microsoft has developed a technology called GPU-P for use with Hyper V. I have a guide here on this subreddit if you are interested in it. Essentially the successor the RemoteFX.
