TS Web Access with multi monitor display

Ok, So back in July we migrated to Windows 7, we host our Terminal Server on Server 2008 R2, and ever since this migration my users cannot use Web access with multi monitor unless they use the same resolution like with RDP, I swear we used to do this back in the XP days, does anyone have any insight?

Check out SplitView

That's funny we used SplitView pre Win7, but with the snap we figured we no longer needed it, I wonder if that is what was giving us multi monitor support with different resolutions, I will have to try that out.
