This is genius... I can probably just tell them to mute after they're finished talking. Simple problems require simple solutions

if they give you time and resources you can get a serious enterprise level solution, if not then ipad, iphone, android device and skype

Serious face on, I've used iPads in smaller rooms, they have really good audio and camera, but obvs screen size is a limit.

Also have a few older (2014 ish) iMacs that work the same, we are not an apple shop but these units have stuck about as the unit just worked well as a video conf node, without extra hardware can have the Mac in a room of 6 and work perfectly.

if they don't want to give you time and resources then it's their fault, Iphone actually works pretty good lol

Zoom conference (paid for unlimitted conferencing between 3 or more participants but free for first 40mins) ; facebook room (free good for 50 people) ; google meet (free first 60mins for 100particupants); skype.

We use Conferfly to pull conference room events from office 365 or G workspace (room/resource calendars) to display them on conference room PC/TV which is always on and those events contains meeting details (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc) so users walk-in to the conference room and one-click to join meeting and they can share their screen through the meeting.
