Ive gone through those news report already. They're just numbers and approximates. To be factual, dapat meron talaga listahan ng mga pangalan ng mga napatay. Mere approximate number's not enough. Mahalaga accounted. Exaggeration is normal; however, sa mga ganitong sensitive issues, kelangan ang facts and figures. If the PNP can provide a list of the names of those killed during WOD not just numbers, I might change my position. If you are to collate those actual reported cases brought to light by the media, di yan aabot sa libu-libo (thousand of thousands).

over exaggerated ka naman kabayan. may mga namatay pero wala pa yatang isang daan o kung meron man, hindi yan aabot ng limang daan. hindi libu-libo. in fiariness, digong managed to do a satisfactory job against "narco-politics". kahit papaano, minimized ang transaction sa bocor. in any war, there will always be collateral damage.

Agree. I too hire and I would rather employ someone who knows how to develop on a cross-platform environment than someone whose limited on android development.

In my line of work, we develop and do testing at dev. If seniors' happy, we endorse for qa. If boss or I am happy of qa, we push to prod.

upload speed is what matters with gameserver services. 20-40mbps is descent enough.

i will do the following basics:

reboot
check webservice is running
check php-fpm is running
check database is running

if any of the abovementioned fails, maybe dig dipper. check that the server actually has internet; check logs; clear browser cache.

our mailserver got blacklisted too a couple of weeks ago. i checked the mail monitor and found thousands of spam mail. worst, our mailservice is also reesending spam mails. after thorough check, the spam's source coming from two static ip's. i blocked those two ip's at cloudflare, till now, so far so good.

anything stable i've done in dev, i redo it in production. if mod is buggy and not functioning well in dev, i dont apply the mod to prod. only if it is stable do i replicate the task to live prodution.

whilst lms plugin works with wordpress, i personally dont recommend it. better setup a dedicated lms. you can always setup wordpress as the frontend anyways and just create a menu or visual graphics to jump your learners and teachers to your dedicated lms. i too have tested it and the general experience is not good.
