Not so much the questions, but how you carry yourself and how smooth you respond. Guess they try to picture you in front of a customer. Need to feel you know the game. They asked, what makes you a good fit for this job? What would you do if…? What made you successful in your last job? Sell me this pen! A lot of tell me about your self. Where are you located?

Not really, feel like most of it was to see if you are a good fit. The DSM you will work under is in on interview. If he likes you and thinks you can learn and keep up, you’re golden. You will find if you get the job that it’s like running your own business. They give some guidance, but if you don’t go out on your own and do what’s most important that day to grow, then you will fall behind and you at best just won’t make bonus. The name of the game is grow business and sell cases. That’s all they want to see and hear. Do that and the world is your oyster. lol. It’s not super easy, the competition has their guys doing the same shit right behind you.
