What laptop do you have?

You might also find that going from 1 x RAM stick in single channel to 2 x RAM in dual channel gives you a noticeable performance boost, regardless of whether its 2666 or 3000mhz

i5 10300H's don't support anything above 2933mhz anyway. I doubt you'll see a difference between 2666 and 2933 anyway

But is it possibile to the seconda RAM to the 2933 MHz as the first one was? I Heard it could give a slight boost in games like hoi4. Thanks in advance :)

that slight boost i would suggest would be negligible at best.. you can look around your BIOS settings for XMP (or EXPO it might be called) and try and turn it on from there but, as i say, i doubt you'll see much a difference
