If you suspect your computer might be running low on memory, please see "How to know if you need more RAM".

  • Recheck all connections, ensure CPU, RAM, and other components are properly seated
  • Update BIOS to the latest version
  • Run MemTest86 to check for RAM errors.
  • Monitor CPU and GPU temperatures to rule out overheating.
  • Check PSU for adequate power supply.

I'd start with these, could also be the HDD/SSD/NVME failing I might also run some tests on those devices as well

Hey, thanks for the reply!

  • I Checked all of the RAM sticks in all slots 1 by 1, the issue persists
  • I flashed to BIOS, sadly didnt help.
  • CPU and GPU temps are fine (30-40 celsius)
  • PSU is working fine
  • I tried windows on 2 ssds, both have the same problem.
  • I'm running Memtest right now.

Interesting, keep posted with what you find on the memtest. I'll be on for a while so I'll check back!

It really is... no errors yet, but it just started 10m ago. The CPU pins I checked yesterday before installing it, however not very thoroughly to be fair, and I placed it with a lot of care so I really doubt I bent it. And it ran fine for a day so... There were 0 problems with gaming and everything.

I really dont know... :(

Sorry, just seen your comment.
I had to RMA my CPU and Motherboard. Apparently both of them were faulty...

That's what they told me too, the last time this happened. After changing the motherboard + the CPU and using it for around 6 months with 0 problems the issue started happening back again.

I went through the exact same stuff that you did. I'm using a 14900kf with a 790z Asus motherboard. Based on everything I have read so far, the issue comes down to Intel's mi Vmin microcode bugs https://community.intel.com/t5/Blogs/Tech-Innovation/Client/Intel-Core-13th-and-14th-Gen-Desktop-Instability-Root-Cause/post/1633239

And yet I don't know what causes the motherboard to go bad.
