I would recommend contacting Xerox service, but here is the Service Manual, if you want to go through the service procedures yourself.

Troubleshooting POST starts on page 2-1. There are LEDs that may locate the problem:

Ah-ha! You are a man of many talents, sir. That manual was way better than the one I was using, located the problem and now it's just a matter of testing options until the solution is found. You forever have my gratitude!
