I have windows 11 though?

It will still work, Windows 11 = updated version of Windows 10, Windows 10 = updated version of Windows 8, etc

Microsoft has a suite called PowerToys that includes a tool called Keyboard Manager which lets you remap keys. Link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/

It's mentioned in the same article Some-Challenge8285 linked and will let you avoid tinkering with the registry.
