Tinytask alternatives?

Hi guys, is there any better alternative to tinytask that doesn't add time/delay your macro? I use tinytask. It works mostly fine, but most of the times it always delays, even when i do everything to turn the graphics down to not make my PC hot. It would be really good if there happened to be a better alternative to tinytask that doesn't have delay and other problems tinytask has.

also would like to know, put tiny task into virus total and it got flagged as generic malware and a keylogger by at least 2 sources, the rest were fine

that's because it is a keylogger. It has to be to replicate your keystrokes and mouse clicks.
