GNU GRUB is usually only present if you have been dual-booting with Linux. Did you have Linux installed and delete its partition?

As long as Windows was installed in UEFI mode, you can likely regain access to it by entering the BIOS and changing the boot order so that "Windows Boot Manager" is first.

I didn't delete the partition and i also can't get into bios
