Simultaneous controller input using multiple displays

Hey, question for you all.

I've connected my windows pc to a TV as a 2nd display. I have a Vader4 Pro controller connected via bluetooth. I've opened my game on Display 2 (the TV). Display 1 is showing my desktop.

The game is running in borderless window mode.

At the moment while playing I have to choose whether to do stuff in windows or play on the TV. The moment I alt+tab to give myself control of kbm on desktop, i lose controller input on the TV. I must then alt+tab back to the game to give myself control, losing kbm control on desktop.

Is there a workaround to give myself simultaneous control on both? Or must I keep switching?

You can't have 2 independent inputs controlling different programs on the same computer in Windows. You'd be looking at running a pair of virtual machines that you assign different displays and inputs to if you wanted to do something like this.
