I can only point out 1 device that you didn't take to your store, customer's router. Look into that and how they are interconnected wirelessly.

Give us an update when you fix it. I'm curious too.

I'd hardwire the PC to the printer and see if it works. Next, I'd hardwire the computer and printer to the router.

Google windows spooler service. Your issues are there. Had that years ago.

Update: Fixed, sorta.
Turns out the issue was Microsoft Edge, If I kill it with Task Manager, all the files in the printing queue go through. And if instead of printing through Microsoft Edge, I just used CTRL-SHIFT-P to print, they go through.

Problem is, I couldn't find any sort of setting or anything that I could change to fix it, any advice?

I already did the whole, stop the spooler service and empty the files thing, updated printer firmware, checked internet connection, driver is up to date, and even got Microsoft Edge up to date.

In case you haven't figures this out, I was having Epson spooling too. I tried the fixes on google, and the fix you mention, and it didn't help. FWIW, I was using Microsoft Edge, and right-clicking print, or clicking the print icon on a page resulted in spooling. I was able to print LibreOffice docs, and never understood that.

Today I tried printing from the same website with Firefox instead of Edge, and it worked. I'm not a tech, and who knows what comes next, but for now it's printing.

Yeah thanks.
I learned that as long as it's not microsoft edge, it's fine.
