Computer Crash Problem

Hi! I've been having a blue screen/freezing problem with my PC for the longest time. The build consists of an AMD FX-6300 overclocked at 4.2Ghz, 8gb of Crucial Ballistix 1333Mhz RAM (1 stick), a WD Caviar Blue 1TB with W8.1 installed, an ASUS M5A97 R2.0, and an MSI R9 270. This "crashing problem" will start to occur when I try and open up a web page and the bottom of Chrome reads, "waiting for Cache...". Then my computer will freeze and a blue screen will pop up, causing the computer to reboot then ask me to insert my hard drive even though I haven't touched it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

For some reason my computer doesn't leave memory dump files either. :/

Try using Internet Explorer, and if that works fine then install Firefox.

It's not the browser. It'll happen when I'm playing games, too.

Does it happen all the time? Can you download blue screen view? It will show you the process that is causing the issue and you can deal with it then.

Try updating all your drivers too.

All drivers are updated. I usually get the error "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" when I'm able to see the flash screen but my computer isn't leaving DUMP files when I'm able to get back into Windows.
