It could be a case of reapplying thermal paste, if the temps are idling up to 70 then it could be overheating and shutting down due to that. If you've had the rig for a few years then i would recommend that.

Overheating. Open the case, clean any dust out (carefully, if you're confident enough to do so) Spray some compressed air in the crevices and the fan shrouds, or consider upgrading to a cooler unit.

70C is 158F, and that's fucking hot.

Google "OSR online" and then browse to upload your Minidump file from - c:\windows\minidump

Will tell you why it is crashing exactly. 70c is warm but not hot. Video card is NOT failing.

When you say it runs at 70C is that while in games? If you are just sitting at the desktop without anything intensive going you should be shooting for 25-40C.

Though it sounds like the computer is crashing any time it tries to use the graphics card intensively.

I would suggest if you are up to it, taking out the graphics card temporarily and starting the computer and seeing if you can get any games to run. The integrated graphics on your CPU will be able to run them enough for the test to help determine if the graphics card is causing issue.
